Top 5 Home Exercises To Get Abs

If you want the stunning abs you have always been dreaming about then you have come to the right place because today I have got the Top 10 Abdominal Workouts you can easily do at home. No need for equipment or going to the gym. Just make sure you bring yourself and have a small space on the ground. Have you got them? Ok, we're good to go.

1.Plank

One to most known and most effective excercises for building that core strength. Get into a press up position but instead of placing your palms on the ground place your forearms on the ground. Try and keep your body as straight as possible for this exercise to be as effective as possible. Try and hold it for as long as possible. Each time you do it try and break your record.

2. Sit-ups

If you don't know what these are then.... Well if you don't know what they are they are really simple. Sit on your bottom then lay back on the floor. Bend your knees up and try to lift your upper body up towards your knees. Do this using mainly your abdominal muscles. Repeat this several times.

3.Crunches

Crunches are almost like sit-ups. Lay on your back and plant your feet into the ground bending your legs at the knee. Put your hands behind your head interlocking your fingers and lift your head towards the ceiling. This exercise will really activate the core.

4. Flutter Kicks

Lay flat on your back, arms by tour side and extend your legs. Raise your heels above the ground about 6 inches and begin kicking. You will feel your abs burning within seconds however the key is to push through the burn in order to make progress.

5.Superman!

My Favorite. A mat will definitely help with this one.

Lay face down on a exercise mat with your arms fully extended out in front of you. Begin to simultaneously lift your arms while inhaling and your legs while exhaling.

I hope you learnt some awesome exercises to get those abs you have always wanted. Remember, "When you feel like dying, do 10 more". Good Luck
